Expression of Interest

At the moment, the National Assistance Card is only available to Autistic people and people with brain injury.

We know that many other people with disability or health conditions would also benefit from the Card. If you are not currently eligible but are interested in the National Assistance Card, you can register your interest using the form on this page.

Why register your interest?

Submitting an Expression of Interest helps us:

• understand how many people would like access to the Card
• learn which disability and health communities may benefit in the future
• demonstrate demand when seeking funding and support to expand the program

Registering your interest does not guarantee access to the Card and does not place you on a waiting list. It simply helps us plan and advocate for future expansion.

You can submit an Expression of Interest if:

• you are not currently eligible for the National Assistance Card, and
• you believe the Card could be helpful for you or someone you support

This form is open to individuals, family members, carers, and support people.
